Change Password

The following covers how to change your password in the EJBCA SaaS portal by accessing your profile page. 

Change Password

To change your password:

1. Select your profile at the top right of the page, then click Profile.
   

   

   
   
2. Expand the Password and Security section and click Change Password.
   

   

3. Enter your current password and click Next.
   

   

4. If you do not have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, proceed to step 5.  If you do have Two-Factor Authentication enabled, enter your token and click Verify.

   

5. Enter your current password and click Next.
   

   

6. Your password is changed and an email is sent to the email address logged into the EJBCA SaaS portal.
