Troubleshooting
The following provides some general troubleshooting tips and information to help you get back on track.
RAID Troubleshooting
Make sure that all cables and the monitor are connected. The monitor should be connected to the appliance during the boot process to track the log messages to determine if there is a problem with the RAIDs.
This should prevent all other system services that use the storage disk from booting unless the storage is actually mounted.
If this was not successful, an error message in the front id displayed: . “ERROR: RAID not mounted”.
HSM Troubleshooting

Factory Reset in Case: Start Up Not Successful
There may be inconveniences with the factory reset if DHCP configuration is disabled on the appliance and a static IP is configured.
Direct access to the front panel of the appliance is required to adjust the settings accordingly. Information about how operate the display see Set up IP Address.
Navigate to Factory Reset on the display.
