User Mapped Dispatcher

The User Mapped Dispatcher dispatches the request to a Worker based on a mapping from username and workername.

Fully qualified class name: org.signserver.server.dispatchers.UserMappedDispatcher.

Specifies the mappings from user name to Worker name in a comma-separated list.
