Archive Page

Allows querying the archives from artifacts signed by SignServer when an archiver is configured on a worker. The archiver on the worker can be configured to archive the request only, response only, or both. see ArchiveData table in OldDatabaseArchiver for more details on configuration.

Access to the Archive Audit log is only granted to administrators explicitly granted the Archive Auditor role. For more information, see Administrators Page.

ReloadApplies the current search conditions and performs the search.

Displaying results

Indicates the number of the first archive row in the current page.

Entries per page

The maximum number of archive rows displayed in a page.

Click Reload after changing the value.
DownloadLink for downloading an individual archive entry. If the download is a Response the archive entry is the signed artifact, and if the archive entry is a Request the archive entry is the unsigned artifact sent to SignServer to be signed. Opening the archive entry depends on the file type after downloading, e.g. PDF's use a PDF reader, etc.
Download Selected in ZIPProvides a ZIP file download containing each selected archive entry.

Current Conditions

Lists the current search criteria and offer the ability to add additional ones.

Column

The archive column to filter on.

The Add... button at the end allows for adding an additional rule for the column chosen in the drop-down menu.

Condition

The operators available depend on the chosen column. Possible values:

  • Equals: The column's value should be equal to the value provided.
  • Greater or equals: The column's value should be equal to the value provided or be greater.
  • Greater than: The column's value should be greater than the provided value.
  • Lesser or equals: The column's value should be equal to the value provided or be lesser.
  • Lesser than: The column's value should be lesser than the provided value.
  • Like: The column's value should be 'like' to the value provided.
    The % sign can be used as a wild card in the beginning and/or end to match on values containing the provided value.
  • Not Equals: The column's value should be any other value than the provided.
  • Is not null: The column's value should not be null.
  • Is null: The column's value should be null.

Click Reload after changing the search criteria to view the new search result.
