Extended Time Stamp Signer

The Extended Time Stamp Signer, in addition to all features provided by the regular Timestamp Signer, also supports including the qualified time stamp extension, as required by EU regulation 910/2014 specification.
Fully qualified class name: org.signserver.module.tsa.ExtendedTimeStampSigner.
