Issues Resolved

The Issues Resolved inclusion library contains the Change Log: Resolved Issues content reused in the SignServer Release Notes.

To create the Change log, click Create Change Log from template below and follow the instructions in the template to include the SignServer project release notes from Jira.

The pages are included in the corresponding SignServer Release Notes using the Include macro. For more information on Confluence Cloud content re-use, refer to the Atlassian documentation Insert the include page macro.

How to include the SignServer project release notes from Jira

To export the Jira change log and create an Issues Resolved Confluence page:

  1. In Jira, go to the relevant release, and click Release Notes.

  2. Click the link create release notes in Jira.

  3. Click Formatting options and update the following:

    • For Include work types, select Bug, New Feature, Improvement.

    • For Work item fields, select Work item keys, Not linked.

    • Click Copy to clipboard and select Markdown.

  4. In Confluence, click Create Change Log from template and paste the project release notes output from Jira.

  5. Edit the order of the issue types according to New Features, Improvements, and Bug Fixes.
    info Do not include Epics, Tasks, or Sub-tasks as those are not relevant in this context.

  6. Save the Issues Resolved in x.y.z page to allow including the information in the corresponding Release Notes using the Include macro.
